About This Product
The 1/2 in. CPVC-CTS union is constructed from CPVC, making it perfect for both hot and cold water pressure distribution systems in both residential and commercial settings. This CPVC-CTS transition union is designed for line repairs and includes a female socket x copper silicon alloy female NPT threaded connection, which facilitates the connection of CPVC-CTS tubing to copper pipes. Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) is recognized as an outstanding material for handling hot corrosive liquids, as well as for hot and cold water distribution and similar uses above PVC's temperature limits.
