Brass Coupling 1/2 in. Push Fit PSI-400

Max push-to-connect fittings offer the quickest method to connect PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, or HDPE piping. The newly engineered stainless steel collet retainer enhances strength and durability, providing a pressure rating of 400 PSI. These fittings eliminate the need for a PEX tube liner, and their redesigned body enables easier and less forceful pipe insertion. There’s no need for soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or any special tools. Once the pipe is inserted, stainless steel teeth grip it securely while a specially formulated O-ring compresses around the pipe, forming a watertight seal. The fitting can be rotated post-installation for quick adjustments, and it can be swiftly removed using a disconnect tool, making it easy to change or reuse fittings and valves.
