It is recommended for DWV, pressure piping, potable water, and electrical uses. The included PVC Regular Bodied Fast Set Clear Cement is known for its excellent gap-filling capabilities. Also included is Purple Primer, an NSF-Listed, strong primer that eliminates surface dirt, grease, and grime; it softens the pipe surface for a quick and secure solvent weld; and features a purple color for easy verification that a primer has been applied, which is particularly useful in areas where plumbing codes necessitate such proof.
