PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
About This Product
The Copper Union 1/2 in. x 1/2 in. Lead Free PSI-400 Male is constructed from CPVC and is perfectly suited for both hot and cold water pressure distribution systems in both residential and commercial settings. This CPVC-CTS union is designed for line repairs and features a female socket x copper male NPT threaded connection, enabling the connection of CPVC-CTS tubing to copper pipes. Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) has been recognized as a superior material for handling hot corrosive liquids, as well as for hot and cold water distribution and other applications that exceed the temperature limits of PVC. CPVC is resistant to rust, pitting, scaling, and corrosion. Installing CPVC fittings is straightforward, as they can be joined using solvent cement or threading. CPVC fittings come with a 5-year limited warranty. With a long-standing reputation for innovation and precision in design and manufacturing, this product is the preferred choice in the industry.
