You can schedule for us to pick up your return for free within 90 Days for unused and unopened items.

90-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@supply-ontime.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will schedule the date and time window for the item pick-up.
  3. Prepare the Item: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging (if applicable) and undamaged.
  4. Return: We will pick up the returned item at the scheduled date and time. Please ensure that your item is brought to the place where the truck can park.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift Cards or Store Credits are final and can only be used for purchasing
  • Special Promotions and Discounted items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@supply-ontime.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
