Returns

How can I return my item?

Bought extra stuff or don’t need it anymore? The return has never been as easy – just log into your account and we schedule a return pick up. New, unopened merchandise sold by Supply Ontime can be returned within 90 days of purchase. A delivery fee applies to pick up your returned items based on the delivery type and the total weight. We will collect your items at the scheduled date and time; please place them where the truck can park. For truck-bed deliveries, customers must load items onto the truck, and if you require the driver to load your items, additional fees may apply.
Returns for purchases will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account as determined by Supply Ontime. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
As all purchases are recorded in your online account, you don’t need any other means of proof of purchase.

How do we price our deliveries?

The delivery cost depends on the order weight and delivery type. More information about prices ant types can be found on the Delivery page

What are the terms for the delivery?

Truck bed delivery

When we do Truck bed delivery, the driver parks as close as possible to your location and opens the truck. Unloading the goods is the customer’s responsibility. 

Curbside delivery

Ordering curbside delivery means that we will bring your goods and unload them within 5 feet distance from the delivery track. We would greatly appreciate it if you could think in advance where the goods should be put. 

White Gloves Delivery

Do you need the purchased items delivered to your backyard or warehouse? We can do that! Choose our White Gloves Delivery, and we’ll bring the goods right to your desired spot.

Please note, that we might not be able to perform this type of service if safety is not guaranteed.

How much does the delivery cost? 

Our delivery fees are based on the weight of your order:

  • Up to 20 lbs: $14.90
  • From 21 lbs to 1000 lbs: $29.90
  • From 1001lbs to 2,000 lbs: $34.90
  • From 2,001 to 3,000 lbs: $39.9
  • From 3,001 to 4,000 lbs: $44.9
  • From 4,001 to 5,000 lbs: $49.9
  • From 5,001 to 6,000 lbs: $54.9
  • From 6,001 to 7,000 lbs: $59.9

Placing and paying order

How can I pay for the order?

You may use a credit card at check out or you may pay in cash upon delivery. All you need is to choose the “Cash on Delivery (COD)” option at check out.

What is the best way to place an order? 

The fastest and easiest way to place an order is to use our website. However, if you don’t like clicking and browsing you may place an order through the phone.

Where do we keep inventory?

Supply Ontime doesn’t have its own warehouse and source materials from  several wholesalers and local retailers.

Where can I pick up my order?

We don’t have a warehouse accessible for customers. In Supply Ontime we focus on delivering materials not loading them.

I placed an order and want to make some changes. How can I do it?

Do you want to add an item or adjust the quantity in your order? Just give us a call at 860-387-7880 and we will take care of it.

Privilege Club

Do I need an account?

You need to have an account to redeem your points. Even though you made a purchase and put an email at ceck out it doesn't mean that you set up an account.
You should click "Login" icon in the right upper corner, then click "New Customer?Create account" and create the account.
All sales assosiated with the email will be brought to the account and point will be rewarded.

How does our loyalty program work?

The more you buy, the more you earn. Our program includes three tiers, each offering increasing benefits — a higher percentage of points earned, exclusive discounts on our Freight Request service, and the ability to place phone orders with deferred payment.

All new members start at the Master level, earning 2% back in points on every purchase.

  • Spend $6,000 or more within any 90-day period to unlock the Pro tier. Enjoy 3% back in points, a 5% discount on Freight Request service, and the ability to place phone orders up to $3,000, with a 2-day grace period to pay after delivery, easier returning process.
  • Spend $20,000 or more in a 90-day period to reach Expert status. Earn 4% back in points, get a 10% discount on Freight Request service, and place phone orders up to $10,000, also with a 2-day grace period after delivery, easier returning process.
How can I use my points?

Once you get your points, you may use them. Log into your account, in the Redeem section click on the amount you want to use and you will get a promo code, which you can use at checkout.

I made purchases but I did not create an account. How can I restore the points?

Even though you did not create an account, we awarded you with the point - they are linked to your email address you used at checkout. So, you may use them along with those you get after creating your account.

How much does 1 point cost?

One point costs exactly $1.

Inventory

I did not find what I need, can I make a custom order?

Most of materials that we offer are shown on our website. However, not everything. So, if you could not find what you were looking for email or call us and we will do our best to find what you need.

Do we provide credit line?
