Returns

How can I return my item?

Bought extra stuff or don’t need it anymore? The return has never been as easy – just log into your account and we schedule a return pick up. New, unopened merchandise sold by Supply Ontime can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Returns for purchases will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account as determined by Supply Ontime. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
As all purchases are recorded in your online account, you don’t need any other means of proof of purchase.  

Delivery

How do we price our deliveries?

We offer four types of deliveries:

Light: 4 hour delivery for an order up to 800 lb which fits a regular car.

Medium: 4 hour delivery for the orders ranging from 800 lb to 3,000 lb or next day delivery with 2 hour window

Large: 4 hour delivery for the orders ranging from 3,001 to 6,000 lb or next day delivery with 2 hour window

Extra Large: Orders that exceed 6,000 lb or require special equipment such as a forklift or dumping track should be ordered in advance.

What are the terms for the delivery?

We have three options
Truck bed delivery

When we do Truck bed delivery, the driver parks as close as possible to your location and opens the truck. Unloading the goods is the customer’s responsibility. 

Curbside delivery

Ordering curbside delivery means that we will bring your goods and unload them within 20 feet distance from the delivery track. We would greatly appreciate it if you could think in advance where the goods should be put. 

White Gloves Delivery

Do you need the purchased items to be brought to a backyard or second floor? We can do it. Opt for White Gloves Delivery and will bring the goods to your garage or backyard. 

Please note, that we might not be able to perform this type of service if safety is not guaranteed.

How much does the delivery cost? 

Our delivery fees are based on the weight of your order:

  • Up to 800 lbs: $14.90
  • From 800 lbs to 3,000 lbs: $29.90
  • From 3,000 to 6,000 lbs: $49.00
  • Orders exceeding 6,000 lbs: Please contact us to discuss your delivery needs individually.

Placing and paying order

How can I pay for the order?

You may use a credit card at check out or you may pay in cash upon delivery. All you need is to choose the “Cash on Delivery (COD)” option at check out.

What is the best way to place an order? 

The fastest and easiest way to place an order is to use our website. However, if you don’t like clicking and browsing you may place an order through the phone.

Where do we keep inventory?

Supply Ontime doesn’t have its own warehouse and source materials from  several wholesalers and local retailers.

Where can I pick up my order?

We don’t have a warehouse accessible for customers. In Supply Ontime we focus on delivering materials not loading them.

Loyalty Program

How does our loyalty program work?

It is simple. Our loyalty program is designed to reward you every time you shop with us. You earn 4% back in points on the money spent, excluding taxes and delivery costs. Each point is worth $1. For example, if you spend $634.48 before tax and delivery fee on our website, you'll earn 25 points, which is $25 you can use on your next purchase.

In addition to your purchase points, you will receive 10 points for creating an account, 10 points for your birthday, 25 points for following us on Facebook and Instagram.

How can I use my points?

Once you get your points, you may use them. Log into your account, in the Redeem section click on the amount you want to use and you will get a promo code, which you can use at checkout.

I made purchases but I did not create an account. How can I restore the points?

Even though you did not create an account, we awarded you with the point - they are linked to your email address you used at checkout. So, you may use them along with those you get after creating your account.

How much does 1 point cost?

One point costs exactly $1.

Inventory

I did not find what I need, can I make a custom order?

Everything what we can offer is on our site. We do not take custom orders.

Do we provide credit line?

Yes, we do. Reach out to us via support@supply-ontime.com and we will work on creating customized credit line.
