SUPPLY ONTIME DELIVERY POLICY.

Service Zone: We currently offer our services and  products in the Greater Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange County. At present  we do not offer shipping to other areas.

Delivery Rates and Time:

We offer same-day delivery within a 4-hour window or scheduled with a 2-hour window  Monday through Saturday. You may choose the preferred date and time at the checkout. 

Our Truck Bed delivery fees are based on the weight of the order:

up to 1,000 lbs: $29.90

1001 lbs to 2,000 lbs: $34.90

2001 lbs to 3,000 lbs: $39.90

3,001 to 4,000 lbs: $44.90

4001 lbs to 5,000 lbs: $49.90

5001 lbs to 6,000 lbs: $54.90

6001 lbs to 7,000 lbs: $59.90

Orders exceeding 7,000 lbs: Please contact us to discuss your delivery needs individually.

If the Order is less then $200, we could re-scheduled delivery date

Tracking: We will notify you via email when we receive the order, load it on the truck, and deliver it.

Unloading: We will unload the goods from the truck at the curb where the delivery truck will be parked. Please ensure there is a secure place to park the delivery truck and enough room to store the goods.

White gloves: If you need your order brought closer to the construction area or inside the building, we offer a “White Gloves” service. You may opt for this service at checkout.

Customer Satisfaction: Our goal is to deliver building materials within a reasonable time slot at an affordable price, so you can focus on your project instead of dealing with traffic, searching for parking, and waiting in store lines. With our service, you don’t need to worry about bulky items fitting in your vehicle or receiving your goods on time.
