About This Product
The Cobalt Red Helix Twist Drill Bit, 3/8 in. is crafted for exceptional durability and extended lifespan in challenging metal tasks. These cobalt drill bits feature a variable helix with a steep 35-degree helix angle that tapers to 15 degrees. These drill bits are equipped with a quadedge tip to minimize heat accumulation and enhance drilling speed. The 135-degree split point tip allows for precise starting and prevents the bit from wandering, ensuring quick and accurate holes in hard metal, PVC, and wood. The tapered drill bits incorporate a new enhanced tapered web that reinforces the core of the bit for improved flute durability. The cobalt twist drill bits are perfect for demanding applications, offering up to 15 times the lifespan compared to black oxide drill bits.
