About This Product
Leviton's GFCI Outlet 15 Amp 125-Volt Duplex Self-Test Slim White (4-Pack) is a 15 amp, 125 volt NEMA 5-15R self-test GFCI receptacle, packed four to a box for kitchen, bath and garage circuits on a single job. The slim polycarbonate body measures 3.81 in. high, 1.68 in. wide and just 1.02 in. deep, so it seats in shallow boxes and leaves room to fold conductors behind the device. It conducts an automatic internal test at set intervals to verify it can respond to a ground fault, and a patented reset lockout blocks reset if the device can no longer protect. Terminals are back and side wire capable with external clamps that show the conductor is seated, and a standard brass self-grounding clip bonds the strap to the box. Install it as the first device on a branch circuit to protect downstream receptacles, or as a single-location device where the NEC requires GFCI protection.
