About This Product
JM Batt R-19 15 in. W x 93 in. L (87 sq. ft.) Fiberglass Insulation Unfaced provides dependable thermal performance and sound control, with R-values ranging from R-11 to R-38. It is available in convenient pre-cut batts designed for standard wall cavities, as well as rolls that can be trimmed to fit cavities of any size.
JM’s R-19 unfaced batts are pre-cut to fit standard 8-ft wall cavities and are ideal for insulating 15-inch wide 2×6 walls and floors while helping reduce unwanted noise. Each bag covers approximately 87.18 sq. ft.
These unfaced batts are suitable for new construction and remodeling projects, including use in walls, floors, ceilings, basements, attics, and crawlspaces. They can be installed in both wood and steel stud framing. When moisture control is needed, a separate vapor retarder can be added.
Manufactured from bonded glass fibers, JM insulation is dimensionally stable, helping it maintain its shape without slumping, settling, or breaking down under normal use.
