About This Product
Custom Building Products White Fast-Setting Professional Thinset Mortar (50 lb) is a 50 lb. bag of polymer-modified, cement-based thin-set supplied in a white formula for light-colored, translucent and glass tile where a gray mortar would shadow through the face. It mixes with water and trowels over concrete, cement backerboards, drywall, exterior grade plywood, existing ceramic tile, vinyl flooring and plastic laminates. The mortar meets ANSI A118.4 and A118.11 without additives, sets quickly even in cold weather, and allows grouting and light traffic after 24 hours. Each bag covers up to 95 sq. ft. and is rated for interior or exterior work, including showers and other wet areas.
