The CPVC Fitting Adapter 3/4.in x 3/4.in Solvent Cemented PSI-400 Male is constructed from CPVC and is perfectly suited for hot and cold water pressure distribution systems in both residential and commercial settings. This CPVC-CTS male adapter features a female socket x male NPT threaded connection, allowing for the conversion from a solvent weld connection to a threaded connection. Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) has demonstrated its effectiveness as a material for hot corrosive liquids, as well as for hot and cold water distribution and similar applications that exceed the temperature limits of PVC. CPVC is resistant to rust, pitting, scaling, and corrosion. Installation of CPVC fittings is straightforward, as they can be joined using solvent cement or threading.
