About This Product
This 3M Pro Grade Precision Sanding Sponge 120-Grit 4-1/2 in. x 2-1/2 in. x 1 in. Medium Block measures 4-1/2 in. x 2-1/2 in. x 1 in. and carries 120-grit aluminum oxide abrasive on all faces of a professional-grade foam core. The 120-grit cut is the general-purpose grade for drywall work — knocking down ridges and tool marks in joint compound and feathering patches before primer. The block shape fits the palm for controlled hand pressure, and the foam conforms to the surface so the abrasive stays in contact on contours and corners. It is washable and can be used wet or dry; rinse it when it loads up and keep going.
