About This Product
The 3M Pro Grade Precision Sanding Sponge 180-Grit 4-1/2 in. x 2-7/8 in. x 1 in. Dual Angle (model 24302PGP-XF-DA) measures 4-1/2 in. x 2-7/8 in. x 1 in. and carries a 180 grit ultra fine aluminum oxide abrasive. Its angled sides are the point of the tool: they reach into inside corners, along bead edges and around trim and crevices where a flat block bridges the joint and leaves the corner untouched. The durable foam body holds its shape through repeated use, conforms slightly to the surface for even contact, and resists clogging. At 180 grit it is the finish-pass sponge for final smoothing of compound and paint prep, it can be used wet or dry, it will not discolor the surface, and it rinses out for reuse.
