About This Product
The Gator Edge Protect Sanding Sponge 400-Grit 5 in. x 3 in. x 1 in. is a 5 in. x 3 in. x 1 in. angled block that pairs premium latex-backed sandpaper with a built-in foam sanding block, faced with 400-grit p-grade aluminum oxide grain. The angled profile with the Edge Protect design keeps the abrasive off adjacent surfaces so you can work right up to trim, glass and finished edges without marking them. Heavy-duty latex backing flexes over contours and irregular shapes while the foam core gives you control and a comfortable grip. At 400 grit it is a finish-pass sponge for smoothing between coats on painted surfaces, wood, metal, fiberglass and drywall.
