Stucco Poly Prep Gray (50 lb.) LaHabra is a high-performance polymer-modified basecoat designed for use over a wide range of substrates, including existing stucco, masonry, concrete, and properly prepared painted surfaces. Its acrylic-enhanced formula provides exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and strength, making it ideal for renovation, patching, leveling, and resurfacing applications. Poly Prep can also be used as a bonding basecoat before applying LaHabra finish textures.
The material delivers excellent workability, improved crack resistance, and a smooth, durable surface that helps ensure a long-lasting stucco finish. When combined with LaHabra color coats, Poly Prep enhances system performance and contributes to a consistent, uniform appearance.
