PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
About This Product
The Leviton Switch 15 Amp 3-Way White Decora Edge is a rocker-style device that replaces the usual terminal screws with lever connectors: open the lever, push in the stripped conductor and click it shut. It is a thermoplastic device with a gloss white finish, measuring 4.56 in. high by 1.78 in. wide by 1.31 in. deep, rated 15 A at 120/277-Volt. Used in pairs, a 3-way switch controls the same light or group of lights from two separate locations, which is what stairways, hallways and rooms with two entrances require. The lever terminals wire up to 3.5 times faster than screw-terminal devices while still making a secure, positive connection. It carries standard Decora styling, so it coordinates with other Decora devices and takes a Decora wall plate.
