Rust-Oleum 1 gal. Concrete and Garage Interior/Exterior Recoat Primer is a high-quality primer/bonder with superior top coat adhesion. This primer is meant for use on previously coated garage and interior/exterior concrete floors. Once Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer is applied, the floor is prepared for top coating with any opaque epoxy, 2-part epoxy, or Polycuramine.

• Ideal for previously painted interior/exterior concrete, garage, or basement surfaces

• Covers up to 400 sq. ft. on sealed, painted, coated, or smooth floors

• Semi-transparent gray appearance

• Can be top-coated with any solid, solvent-based, or water-based coating

• No need for sanding, stripping, or grinding

• The coated floor must be clean and properly adhered before priming

• Requires a drying time of at least 6 hours and no more than 48 hours to ensure proper adhesion of the topcoat
