Zinsser B-I-N 5 gal. Shellac-Based White Interior/Spot Exterior Primer and Sealer is effective in low temperatures and adheres to any surface without the need for sanding. This primer seals stains caused by water, smoke, and fire damage. It also prevents knots and sap streaks from bleeding through.
