About This Product
ROMAN's PRO-999 Rx-35 serves as the perfect primer for damaged drywall, joint compound, leftover wallpaper adhesive, spackling, and flat paint used by builders. PRO-999 effectively seals and primes porous surfaces to avert bubbles and rewetting. It dries transparently with a slight tackiness, which improves the adhesion of paint or new wallpaper. PRO-999 can be easily applied using a paint roller, brush, or spray system. Being water-based, it can be cleaned up effortlessly with water. All ROMAN products incorporate biocides to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew both in the container and on the primer film.
