Rapid Set Cement Multi-Purpose PSI-9000 (25 lb.) Beige is a high-quality, long-lasting, user-friendly, versatile repair material suitable for nearly all types of concrete tasks, including repairs, grouting, anchoring, casting, underlayment, and more. It’s particularly effective when quick strength development, exceptional durability, and minimal shrinkage are important. Cement All sets in just 15 minutes and is ready for driving or construction within 1 hour. It is resilient in wet conditions and can be applied from a featheredge up to 4 inches thick. Cement All consists of a high-performance cement mixed with finely graded sand. It provides excellent resistance to chemical damage. The product is non-metallic and contains no added chlorides. Cement All permits the repair area to be painted, coated, or sealed shortly after application. Under dry conditions, water-based coatings can be applied once the product has cured, which typically takes between 1 and 4 hours. Solvent-based and impermeable coatings can be applied after 16 hours.
