About This Product
The Corner Bead 1-3/8 in. x 8 ft Galvanized Steel Paper-Faced Standard Leg Drywall, like other Paper-Faced Tape-On Beads, combines durable galvanized steel reinforcement with high-quality paper to create strong, clean, and long-lasting outside drywall corners. Designed to eliminate the need for mechanical fasteners, these corner beads are installed using joint compound, which securely bonds the paper facing to the drywall surface for a smooth, professional finish.
This innovative design helps reduce common drywall finishing issues such as corner cracks, edge chipping, and nail pops while lowering material and labor costs. The paintable paper surface requires less joint compound over the nose, making finishing faster and more efficient.
