About This Product
The Leviton GFCI Outlet 15 Amp 125-Volt Duplex Tamper Resistant SmarTest Self-Test Brown is a 15 amp, 125 volt SmarTest Self-Test SmartlockPro duplex GFCI receptacle in brown, configured NEMA 5-15R with a tamper-resistant polycarbonate face. It provides continuous ground fault protection and will trip on an actual fault even while conducting an internal self-test, with the first test occurring within 3 seconds of power-up and auto-monitoring that exceeds the UL requirement. If the device detects a potential problem, it adapts and tests more frequently. A status indicator light shows power, protection status, and line/load reversal, and the reduced 1.02 in. body depth suits shallow or crowded boxes. Brown is the traditional match for stained-wood trim and older device plates in residential and light commercial retrofits.
