Zinsser Peel Stop 1-gal. Triple Thick White Binding Primer (2-Pack) prevents previous coatings from peeling and results in a smoother top coat finish. This high-performance, low-VOC, water-based acrylic binding primer secures and conceals peeling and worn surfaces. It offers exceptional flexibility and is three times thicker than standard primers.
