Zinsser B-I-N 1 gal. Shellac-Based White Interior/Spot Exterior Primer and Sealer works in low temperatures and adheres to any surface without the need for sanding. This primer effectively seals stains caused by water, smoke, and fire damage, and also prevents knot and sap streaks from bleeding through.
