Polyblend Plus Linen Sanded Grout - 1 lb (#122) from Custom Building Products is a cement-based, polymer-fortified sanded grout supplied in a 1 lb. bag for punch-list repairs and small tile areas. The powder mixes with water only and packs into joints 1/8 in. to 1/2 in. wide, where the sand load keeps the joint from slumping and the polymer content builds a dense, wear-resistant surface. Coverage runs up to 27 sq. ft. per 1 lb. bag depending on tile size and joint dimensions. Install it with a rubber grout float, pull the excess off diagonally, wash the tile face with a clean damp sponge, and give the joints the standard 72-hour cure. The beige Linen shade suits ceramic, porcelain, glass, natural stone, and cement tile on floors, walls, backsplashes, countertops, tub surrounds, and showers in both residential and commercial work.
