The coupling sleeve or gasket is made from a properly vulcanized virgin compound, with Neoprene as the primary elastomer. The gasket is enclosed within a corrugated shield made of 300 series stainless steel. The No-Hub gasket includes several sealing beads located beneath the clamp bands, which restrict the movement of the gasket and pipe, ensuring superior sealing pressure and holding strength.
