You can schedule for us to pick up your return for free within 90 Days for unused and unopened items. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on lumber, or you can choose to receive a full refund in points to your account.

90-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@supply-ontime.com to initiate the return process.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will schedule the date and time window for the item pick-up.
3. Prepare the Item: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging (if applicable) and undamaged.
4. Return: A delivery fee applies to pick up your returned items based on the delivery type and the total weight. We will collect your items at the scheduled date and time; please place them where the truck can park. For truck-bed deliveries, customers must load items onto the truck, and if you require the driver to load your items, additional fees may apply.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
