About This Product
The Taping Knife 14 in. Blue Steel with Soft Grip Handle, like other drywall taping knives, is an essential tool for hand finishing tapered and butt joints. These tools feature flexible square blades and are used for applying and floating coats of joint compound until a smooth finish is achieved. DEWALT Blue Steel Drywall Taping Knives provide outstanding flex, feel and work-ability. The handle cores are manufactured of glass-reinforced polypropylene and over-molded with a comfortable soft grip elastomer. The proprietary grip profile was developed through years of finisher feedback to minimize hand fatigue.
Key Features
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS - After each use, wash thoroughly and coat with a protective lubricant. Stand upright after washing to allow the water to drip off and let the blades air dry.
- USE CASE - The DEWALT 14 inch blue steel taping knife is perfect for floating out your work and covering large areas in a single pass.
- FINISH FASTER - DEWALT blue steel blades are ideal for applying and floating coats of joint compound efficiently until a smooth finish is achieved.
- SUPER COMFORTABLE - DEWALT grip profile was developed through years of finisher feedback to minimize hand fatigue. Soft grip provides all-day comfort, even when wet.
