About This Product
DAP White Dry Mix 4 lb. Plaster of Paris (model 10318) is a 4 lb. box of white dry-mix gypsum plaster for interior wall and ceiling repairs. It is a powder you mix with water in small batches to a smooth, lump-free paste, then work into holes, cracks and gouges with a putty knife. Plaster of Paris sets by chemical reaction rather than by drying, with a set time of about 30 minutes, so it hardens quickly enough to fill and finish a repair in one visit — mix only what you can place in that window. Once cured it can be sanded flush and painted, and it can also be used to mix DIY chalk finish paint. One box covers about 25 sq. ft.
