The Katapult Solid and Stranded Wire Stripper/Cutter features an integrated cutting hole designed to neatly cut 8-20 AWG solid wire and 10-22 AWG stranded wire. The stripping head is designed for easy gripping and stripping by simply squeezing the handle. Constructed from cast alloy and finished with a robust Ecoat for enhanced corrosion resistance and longevity.
• The Wire Stripper and Cutter efficiently cuts and strips 8-20 AWG solid and 10-22 AWG stranded wire.
• Compound action stripping: grip and strip with a single-action squeeze motion.
• Precision-engineered stripping holes effectively remove insulation without harming the wire.
• Capable of removing up to 1 inch (25 mm) of insulation (jacket layer) in one motion.
• Tension-loaded wire grip securely holds the cable while preserving its geometry.
