Armored Cable 12/2, 100 ft. Solid CU MC

Armorlite Type MC Cable is made with soft-drawn copper, featuring Type THHN/THWN conductors rated for 90°C in dry conditions, available in sizes ranging from 14 AWG to 2 AWG, along with a green insulated grounding conductor. The conductors are twisted together, and a binder tape with the print legend is wrapped around the entire assembly. An aluminum interlocking armor is then applied over this assembly.

• Used for branch, feeder, and service power distribution in commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-family residential buildings.

• Suitable for power, lighting, control, and signal circuits.

• Can be fished or embedded in plaster.

• Applicable for both concealed and exposed installations.

• Meets requirements for environmental air-handling spaces as per NEC 300.22 (C).

• Designed for places of assembly according to NEC 518.4 and theaters according to NEC 520.

• Can be installed in cable trays and approved raceways.

• Suitable for use under raised floors for information technology equipment conductors and cables in accordance with NEC 645.5(D) and 645.5(D)(2).
