Roseburg's Rated Sheathing panels are crafted from Western Softwoods and are specifically designed for engineered uses such as structural components where properties like tension, compression, shear, cross-panel flexural properties, and nail holding and bearing are crucial. These panels are made to meet construction and workmanship standards for grade, veneer, and panel thickness as detailed in the Product Standard 1-09. They are suitable for projects where knots, splits, and knot holes are acceptable or for use beneath drywall, roofing materials, and flooring.
• Constructed with 4-ply plywood
• Can be directly nailed to framing - wall studs and roof or floor joists
• Not suitable for exposed applications or where aesthetic appeal is important
• Contains NAUF (no added urea formaldehyde) water-resistant phenolic resin
• Not sanded.
