Max push-to-connect fittings offer the quickest method for connecting PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, or HDPE piping. The newly engineered stainless steel collet retainer enhances strength and durability, providing a pressure rating of 400 PSI. These fittings eliminate the need for a PEX tube liner, and the redesigned body enables easier pipe insertion with less effort. There is no need for soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or any special tools. Once the pipe is inserted, stainless steel teeth securely grip the pipe, while a specially formulated O-ring compresses around it to form a watertight seal. The fitting can be rotated post-installation for quick adjustments, and it can also be removed swiftly with a disconnect tool, making it easy to change or reuse fittings and valves.
