Max push-to-connect ball valves offer the quickest and simplest method for installing a new or replacement water shut-off valve. The newly engineered stainless steel collet retainer enhances strength and durability, achieving a pressure rating of 250 psi. Max fittings and valves eliminate the need for a PEX tube liner, and the redesigned body allows for easier pipe insertion with less effort. The single lever quarter-turn handle facilitates rapid control of water flow, particularly in confined spaces. No soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or specialized tools are necessary. Once the pipe is inserted, stainless steel teeth grip the pipe securely while a specially designed O-ring compresses around it to form a watertight seal. The valve can be rotated post-installation for quick adjustments, and removing the valve is equally swift with a disconnect tool, making it easy to change or reuse.
