Max push-to-connect fittings offer the quickest method to join PEX, copper, CPVC, or PE-RT pipe. The newly engineered stainless steel collet retainer enhances strength and durability, boasting a pressure rating of 400 PSI. Max fittings eliminate the need for a PEX tube liner, and the redesigned body allows for easier pipe insertion with less effort. There is no need for soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or specialized tools. Once the pipe is inserted, stainless steel teeth securely grip it, while a specially designed O-ring compresses around the pipe to ensure a watertight seal. The fitting can be rotated post-installation for easy adjustments, and removal is equally swift using a disconnect tool, enabling fittings and valves to be swapped or reused.
