Max push-to-connect fittings offer the quickest method to join piping. A newly engineered stainless steel collet retainer enhances strength and durability, providing a pressure rating of 400 PSI. These fittings do not need a tube liner, and a redesigned body allows for easier pipe insertion with less effort. There is no need for soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or specialized tools. Once the pipe is inserted, stainless steel teeth grip the pipe securely while a specially formulated O-ring compresses around it to form a watertight seal. The fitting can be rotated post-installation for easy adjustments, and it can be removed quickly with a disconnect tool, allowing for the replacement or reuse of fittings and valves.
