Armored Cable 14/2, 25 ft. Solid CU MC

Armorlite Type MC Cable is made with soft-drawn copper and features Type THHN/THWN conductors rated for 90°C when dry, available in sizes ranging from 14 AWG to 2 AWG, along with a green insulated grounding conductor. The conductors are twisted together, and a binder tape with the printed legend is wrapped around the assembly. Aluminum interlocking armor is then applied over the assembly.

• Used for branch, feeder, and service power distribution in commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-family buildings

• Suitable for power, lighting, control, and signal circuits

• Can be fished or embedded in plaster

• Applicable for both concealed and exposed installations

• Permitted in environmental air-handling spaces according to NEC 300.22 (C)

• Applicable in assembly areas as per NEC 518.4 and theaters as per NEC 520

• Installation allowed in cable trays and approved raceways

• Can be placed under raised floors for information technology equipment conductors and cables in accordance with NEC 645.5(D) and 645.5(D)(2)
