PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The deck joist tie is crafted to secure 2x deck joists to the side of 4x or larger support posts and can be fastened using either nails or bolts.
• Attaches a 2x member (commonly a beam) to the side of the post
• Fits nominal 2x4 minimum cross member and nominal 4x4 minimum post
• More robust than nails or screws, and easier than through-bolting
• Constructed from 14-gauge steel
• Provides additional corrosion resistance for exterior and treated-wood uses
