Standoff Post Base for 4x4 Nominal Lumber, ZMAX Galvanized PBS

Post bases link the bottom of wooden posts or columns to a concrete foundation. The PBS is crafted to ensure a robust connection between a post (or column) and concrete in projects such as decks, patio covers, and other top-supported structures. These post bases are raised 1 in. to prevent the wooden post from contacting standing water, thereby reducing the risk of rot at the post end.

• Embeds into wet concrete after pouring and is designed to be flush with the concrete surface

• Embossment in the base seat enhances strength

• Stress relief holes beneath the base help prevent tearing under load
