Alflex Type RWA (Reduced Wall Aluminum) Flexible Metal Conduit is appropriate for power and lighting branch circuit conductors and cables used to connect receptacles, lighting fixtures, equipment, office partitions, and more. It can also serve as a metal raceway for wires and cables, motor feeders, and branch and control circuit conductors and cables. It accommodates Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 remote-control, signaling, and power-limited circuit conductors and cables. Additional uses include conductors and cables for fire alarm systems, whether power-limited or not, as well as voice, data, communications, and video cables, including CATV and optical fiber cables, along with electric signs and outline lighting.
