Patching and Finishing Compound is a quick-setting, cement-based compound designed for patching and skim coating, which results in a smooth surface on various substrates before laying down floor coverings. With its Controlled Cure technology, it addresses installation issues such as bond failure, crumbling, and staining of resilient flooring caused by excess moisture present in conventional underlayments. It permits the installation of most floor coverings in as little as 15 minutes.
