Utilize Mortar Mix for general and structural concrete repairs, stucco and plaster repairs, single-coat exterior plaster, mortar beds, underlayment, and formed work. Mortar Mix hardens in 15 minutes and is ready for driving or building on within 1 hour. It is durable in wet conditions and can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 1/2 inch to 6 inches. Mortar Mix is composed of high-performance cement combined with quality sand. It provides excellent resistance to chemical damage. It is non-metallic and free of added chlorides. Mortar Mix allows the repaired areas to be painted, coated, or sealed shortly after application. In dry conditions, water-based coatings like latex paint can be applied once the product has hardened, typically within 1 to 4 hours. Solvent-based and impermeable coatings, such as oil-based paint and epoxy, can be applied after 16 hours.
