PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PVC Schedule 40 Pipe is intended for pressure systems that will not exceed temperatures of 140°F. It is very durable, featuring high tensile strength and high impact resistance. PVC Schedule 40 offers superior sound-dampening properties compared to PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core. Installation necessitates the use of primer and solvent cement.

• Dual labeled for both DWV and Pressure uses

• Suitable for systems that will not surpass 140°F

• Gradually sloping fittings are designed for DWV applications, while sharply angled fittings are required for pressure systems

• Complies with the following standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 1785, ASTM D 2665, NSF STANDARD 14, and NSF STANDARD 61

• No special tools are required for cutting, and installation is done with solvent cement
