This product attaches a post to existing concrete for decks, patio covers, and other top-supported structures. It features a 1-inch standoff to help prevent rot at the post end and is slotted for adjustability. Designed for versatility, cost-effectiveness, and maximum uplift performance, it is suitable for nominal 4x4 posts. Made from 12-gauge steel plates with a 16-gauge steel base cover, it features ZMAX galvanization for extra corrosion resistance. Install with 16d common nails or 10 x 1-1/2 in. strong-drive SD screws.
