Standoff Column Base for 6x6 Nominal Lumber with SDS Screws, Galvanized CBSQ

This column base uses Strong-Drive screws for fast installation, reduced reveal, and high capacity. It provides a 1-inch standoff between the post and concrete that meets code requirements and embeds in wet concrete at the time of the pour. The standoff base reduces the potential for decay at post and column ends. Shipped with the base plate assembled, it is suitable for nominal 6x6 columns. Made from 12-gauge steel with a base of 10-gauge, it is galvanized (G90) for extra corrosion resistance. Install with 1/4 in. x 2 in. Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws (included).
