It provides excellent adhesion to both interior and exterior surfaces, serving as a reliable base for paints. The EPA-registered active ingredient forms a film resistant to mold and mildew, protecting the primer from such growth. MOLD & MILDEW Primer can block most medium to heavy stains, including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin, and water stains. This formula dries quickly, has low odor, very low VOC, and can be cleaned easily with soap and water. It is not recommended for floors.
