The 1 in. Brass PEX-A Barb Ball Valve is easy to install and allows for flow regulation via a quarter turn lever handle that operates smoothly and resists sticking. Barb fittings play a crucial role in one of the most cost-effective potable water piping systems. Additionally, they can be integrated into hydronic heating setups, but couplings need to be secured using sleeves or similar expansion-type sleeves or rings (all sold separately). The system is an all-encompassing piping solution made up of lead-free brass fittings, poly alloy fittings, manifolds, valves, fasteners, tools, and tubing intended for use in water delivery systems, whether simple or intricate.

• The larger internal diameter of fittings allows for a flow rate that is 25% higher within the system.
