Brass Pressure Regulating 1 in. FIP x FIP PSI-400

This 1-inch lead-free water pressure reducing valve is crafted to lower incoming water pressure, safeguarding plumbing systems and minimizing water usage for commercial, industrial, and residential uses. The assembly, which is easy to maintain, features a lead-free brass body, NPT threaded union inlet and NPT female outlet connection, a stainless steel built-in strainer, a thermoplastic seat module, a thermal expansion bypass, and a sealed spring cage suitable for waterworks pit installations. It operates within a temperature range of 33 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (0.5 to 82 degrees Celsius). Capable of handling pressures up to 400 psi (27.6 bar), the pressure can be adjusted from 25 to 75 psi (172 to 517 kPa), with a standard setting of 50 psi (345 kPa).
