The 1/2 in. Brass PEX Barb x 3/4 in. Garden Hose Thread No-Kink Quarter-Turn Hose Bibb offers a straightforward solution for installing a new or replacement hose bibb. This valve is intended for use with potable water and hydronic systems where a shut-off feature is necessary. Hose bibbs need to be securely fastened using sleeves or similar expansion-type sleeves or rings (all available separately). The system is a complete cold expansion piping solution that includes brass fittings, poly alloy fittings, manifolds, valves, fasteners, tools, and tubing, suitable for both simple and intricate water delivery systems. A cold-expansion tool (available separately) is necessary for installation.

• The larger internal diameter of fittings provides a 25% increase in flow rate within the system.

• Made from lead-free dezincification resistant (DZR) brass for enhanced reliability and durability.

• A cold-expansion tool (sold separately) is needed for installation.

• Complies with or surpasses ASTM F1960 standards.

• Adheres to UPC, IPC, and cUPC standard requirements.

• Must be secured using sleeves or other PEX-A expansion sleeves/rings (all sold separately).

• NSF certified.

• PEX-A barb x male garden hose thread connection suitable for PEX-A plumbing systems.

• Go/no-go gauges are not necessary.

• To guarantee secure connections each time, fittings cannot be dry fitted.

• Maximum working pressure is 200 psi, and the maximum temperature is 200 degrees F.

• This item is not compatible with PEXb pipe, crimp-style (ASTM 1807), or pinch clamp (ASTM F2098) piping systems.
